The Crawford family, our 42nd homeowner, welcomes guests to their new home. |
2013 "A Home of Our Own" Sponsorship Campaign for the Derricott Family! We broke ground on our 44th home for the Derricott Family in December and construction will continue for approximately four months. The Derricott home will be entirely funded through the community, and we are still actively seeking house sponsorship partners. We would love the opportunity to speak with you about what home sponsorship means to you, your church, or your business. Read about the Groundbreaking for their home and visit the Facebook Event to see pictures of the home under construction. Hanover Habitat for Humanity partner families benefit in many ways from the financial support of sponsorships, and we know that you, your family or your organization will be enriched by the experience of supporting a hard working low-income family in the construction of a new home. Companies benefit from the opportunity to involve their employees in positive team-building activities. They also enjoy increased visibility in the community and a boost in employee morale. Partner congregations benefit from the opportunity to put their faith into action. The experience also creates fellowship in a positive team-building situation. In addition to these intrinsic benefits, Hanover Habitat also strives to offer meaningful sponsor recognition. |
