| Land. We need land and suitable lots to build simple, decent, affordable housing for hardworking Hanover families. If you have land that you would be willing to donate or sell for a low cost, or if you have any leads on low cost land, please let us know. |
| House Sponsors. We are looking for sponsors to help cover construction costs on Habitat homes (building materials and professional sub-contractors). Partial sponsorships are welcome. There are many benefits to being a house sponsor, if you are interested please visit our page dedicated to sponsoring homes. |
| Construction Services and Building Materials. Discounted or donated sub-contracting services and building materials help decrease the cost of construction, enabling Hanover Habitat to save funds and build more houses. |
| Family Sponsors. There are opportunities to "adopt" Partner Families and help them make a successful transition to homeownership. This might be an ideal fit for your school, church, or business. |
| Volunteers. We need help in our office, in the ReStore, on build sites (construction and food donations), with our Can Recycling Program, and on our Committees (Faith Relations, Fund Development, ReStore, Construction). Please visit our Volunteering page to learn more. |
| ReStore Donations. Proceeds from the Habitat ReStore help support our building mission in Hanover County. We always need donations of new or gently used building materials, furniture and household items. Please visit our ReStore page to see lists of items we can and cannot accept. |
